We Came As Romans - “A War Inside”

They finally officially released this song, and it is by far my favorite on the album. I’ve been quoting it on here a lot the past week or so and everyone that wanted to know the song please go listen to it. This song has huge meaning to me and Joshua explains the meaning behind it so perfectly. This song is the perfect example of how I live my life. It’s a beautiful song. It’s songs like this that make me really love music, that make me really love bands like this that give such a positive message. I wish I could get the chance to meet Joshua Moore and just tell him how much his lyrics mean to me.

I discovered this band through tumblr and I’m really liking We Came As Romans! Even though I don’t listen to much hardcore/screamo stuff like this, the beat and the lyrics and the piano interlude are flippin’ AMAZING. 2:54ish…oh my gosh.
