“There Was a Libero”

A poem adapted from Henry Wadsworth Longfellow’s “There was a little girl” by Sarah and Hannah, dedicated to the Stanford men’s volleyball team of 2012. 

There was a libero
Who had a little curl
Right in the middle of his forehead.
When he was good, he was very, very good - 
But when he was bad, he was never.
